Our History....

The Melbourne Romance Writers Guild, initiated in 1991, has flourished over the years. We currently have over 30 members ranging from novices to the multi-published in a number of genres.

Meetings are held at the Fitzroy Library, Moor Street, Fitzroy on the third Sunday of each month, except December, which is the second Sunday and a members only end of year get together. 

Meetings run from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.

The meeting agenda includes discussion of market and competition news, member's accomplishments for the previous month (and the lovely reward of chocolate!) then lunch followed by a critique session or a workshop.      

Please Note: 

Prospective members are not permitted to attend without prior arrangement. We meet in a secure area, and there is no public access.
